The product category is distinguished by the fact that all rugs are handmade and each article only exists in one copy, making each item unique. In our assortment, we offer rugs, woven or knotted by hand, from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Morocco, Moldova, Turkey, the Middle East, and many other countries. These are unique works of art that tell stories about their heritage and the effort and craftsmanship put into the making of each individual piece.

Design rugs are today our primary product area and the largest category in terms of the number of rugs sold. Design rugs are normally available in multiple pieces. In addition, the majority of the products are developed in-house within the category. The design rugs are produced primarily in India and Turkey in various materials and through different production types.

With over 30,000 designs in our assortment, it is simply not possible for us to provide samples or swatches for our rugs. However, you always have a 100-day money-back guarantee with the possibility of free shipping and returns within Europe to help you make a smart decision by viewing the final product in its intended place.
All of our rugs can be viewed on our website. We do not provide any physical or digital catalogs for the products in our assortment. Having all our rugs online makes it easier to update information and adjust our selection to consumer needs.
We cannot offer commission-based sales partnerships or split discounts between the Trade Partner and their client. Our internal processes, bookkeeping, and systems do not allow this setup.
To be eligible for the trade discount, orders must be placed on your company trade account using the email addresses registered to the account. However, when needed, your client can pay us directly. Please be aware that this will give them access to the full discount.
The payment can be made by card using the payment link provided in the order confirmation or by bank transfer using the order and bank details specified on the pro forma invoice.
As an online retailer, we sell our rugs exclusively through our website, which allows us to provide detailed information about the products and pictures that show the items from different angles. If you want to buy a rug from our exclusive collection (including rugs that cost € 5,000 or more), you might be able to visit our office in Sweden for an exclusive viewing of the rug before deciding. Apply to become a trade partner if your company needs rugs for a large internal project or if you resell products through design services and want to recommend our rugs to your clients. Our rugs cannot be resold through physical or online stores, and this offer only applies on a project basis. Provide your company details in this trade account application form. If you have not yet applied to become a trade partner, please complete the application form so we can evaluate your request. Once accepted and registered, the trade discount will be automatically applied in the checkout.
Here is a summary of the process of placing your orders:
1. Place your order online using the email address registered to your trade account.
2. The trade discount will be applied automatically and visible in the checkout.
3. Choose your preferred payment method.
4. We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped with the estimated delivery time, tracking details, and the final invoice.
After payment, our warehouse will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. The standard delivery time within the EU is 1-5 business days and 2-8 to other parts of the world. The estimated delivery date and tracking details are provided when the order is shipped from our warehouse.
Returning an item to us is quick and easy. If you are not happy with a product you have purchased for any reason, you can return it to us within 100 days for a full refund. Once we have inspected the item and processed the return, we will refund the order amount using the original payment method.
